All Hyundai Motor Vehicle Technicians attend the Hyundai National Learning Centre in Dublin for their brand technical training. This ensures our technicians receive the highest standard of training throughout the retail network and allows our technicians to train on the most up to date products with the best-in-class technology. The training starts with an induction day which gives a detailed overview of your training path, Hyundai training path including projected timelines to become a fully accredited Master Level – High Voltage Diagnostic Technician. As a brand we train our technicians to highest standard, our dealers are equipped to conduct all repair work on our full range of models, so you get to fully utilize all the training skills you have gained.
Our technical training is unique to Hyundai with special emphasis on, Battery Electric Vehicles [BEV] High Voltage innovative technology; your training will include the opportunity to work on the latest Hyundai vehicle’s including, 2022 World Car of the year the Ioniq 5 and 2023 World Car of the year the Ioniq 6. You will also gain experience diagnosing and repairing the latest internal combustion engines and become proficient using the latest Hyundai diagnostic equipment, leading to the ability to undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on all Hyundai vehicles to the highest standards. You will also be able to undertake complex repairs on our High Voltage range of vehicles. Each year, Hyundai Motor Company conducts a series of national training programs for its technicians and apprentice’s alike, to systematically upgrade and refresh their skills, and ensure they are in tune with the latest technological information and developments in the automotive industry and preparing for all the company’s exciting vision for the future.
