The i10 features a 1.0 -litre 3 cylinder petrol engine with 67PS.

    1.0 Litre Mpi petrol engine.

    The 3-cylinder multi-point fuel injection petrol engine comes with Idle Stop and Go (ISG) as standard. It automatically switches off the engine when the car comes to a halt so you can enjoy lower fuel consumption and lower CO2 emissions. Choose from a five-gear automated manual transmission or 5-speed manual transmission.

The five-gear automated manual transmission (AMT) does the shifting for you, delivering the easy and relaxed driving of an automatic transmission but with higher efficiency. This is thanks to its lighter weight and reduced friction compared to a traditional automatic transmission.

    i10’s Energy Regeneration System (ERS) captures kinetic energy created by forward motion and powers your car with it. When you take your foot off the accelerator and coast in gear, the system transforms kinetic energy into electricity and stores it in the battery. When accelerating, ERS uses this electricity to power the car’s electrical systems, easing the load on the motor and increasing fuel efficiency.

      With Hyundai Smart Sense, our cutting-edge Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, the i10 offers one of the most comprehensive active safety technology packages in its class – built to provide you with more safety and peace of mind. A multi-function camera provides 3 different functions:Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA), Lane Keep Assist System (LKA) and Driver Attention Warning (DAW).

      1. The Lane Keeping Assist (LKA).

        The Lane Keeping Assist (LKA) uses the front camera to monitor the lines of the road. In case of an unintended lane departure, it will warn the driver and can apply counter steering torque to guide the car back to the lane.

      3. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection (FCA).

        FCA is an advanced active safety feature that alerts drivers to emergency situations, braking automatically if required. The system is active at speeds of 8 km/h or higher and senses vehicles and pedestrians.

      6. Driver Attention Warning (DAW).

        When a pattern of fatigue or distraction is identified, the system gets your attention with an alert and pop-up message suggesting a break.

      8. Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA).

        This clever feature for city driving alerts the driver when the vehicle in front departs from an idle state, like at a stoplight or in a traffic jam.
